Returns & Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they enter the processing or shipping stage. If your cancellation request is approved before fulfillment begins, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving the item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests. This may include your order confirmation email, payment receipt, or order number.
Return Authorization
Please do not send any items back without contacting our support team first. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. Shipping fees, if applicable, are charged only once and will not be charged again during the return process.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
Please note that your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
Delayed Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received the refund, please contact our support team.
