Order Processing and Delivery
After your order has been placed successfully, we usually begin preparing and processing it within 5 business days. Once the parcel has been shipped, estimated delivery generally takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination, courier service, and local delivery conditions.
Please understand that international deliveries may sometimes be delayed due to customs clearance, transportation issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Once your package has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number to the email address used at checkout. You may use this tracking number to check the latest shipment status through international tracking websites or the carrier’s tracking system.
Shipping Cost
A standard shipping fee of $2.99 USD may apply to eligible orders. Shipping charges may vary in certain cases depending on the destination, shipping method, or special delivery requirements.
Delivery Areas
We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and may offer available solutions, such as adjusting the order or issuing a refund.
Address Updates
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us before 11:00 PM (PDT) on the same day. Once the order enters processing, address changes may no longer be available.
Different Billing and Shipping Addresses
You may ship your order to an address different from your billing address. Please make sure all shipping details are complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays.
Fulfillment Information
Orders are processed on business days only. Weekend and holiday orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. Depending on product availability, orders may be shipped from Hong Kong or from one of our international logistics partners.
